MIGSO-PCUBED at the PMI Andalucía Chapter Congress
Seville, Spain – MIGSO-PCUBED is proud to communicate about our partnership with the PMI Andalucía Chapter, which began in early 2024. PMI Andalucía is a non-profit community of dedicated volunteers who share and promote best practices in project management across Southern Spain, aligning with PMI, the world’s largest and most influential association for project managers.
With over 3,000 employees worldwide and a presence in more than 15 countries, MIGSO-PCUBED has been a trusted partner in various industries for over 30 years. Our consulting expertise focuses on project control and performance, covering sectors such as engineering, supply chain, and logistics.
This partnership stems from our vision to professionalize and promote project management in Andalucía. We believe that PMI is the ideal partner to showcase best practices in project management. We are confident that this collaboration will add value to the industries and projects in Andalucía. As part of our commitment, MIGSO-PCUBED attended the 2024 PMI Andalucía Congress, which centered on the impact of AI in project management. The event provided an invaluable opportunity to share best practices, lessons learned, and insights into how AI is reshaping the future of the profession.
The congress emphasized AI advancements and resources that are influencing and supporting the work of Project Managers, the importance of integrating change management during this transformation, and, as a key pillar, the need to have a clear sense of purpose as Project Managers. It was a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and learn from industry experts.
In addition to our participation in events, we are also focused on nurturing our team’s growth and skills through this partnership. Our engagement allows us to connect with industry leaders and involve our team in valuable workshops and seminars, gaining insights into the latest trends and best practices in project management.
