We apply the foundations of project management, including scheduling to even our recruitment activities. Though typically four steps, we may streamline into three if possible!
After you submitted your application, one of our Talent Acquisition Team will review it and will contact you if your profile matches the criteria required for the opportunity.
You first contact with our company will be a short phone exchange with a Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your motivation and past experience.
If we both agree we are a good fit for each other, we will plan a first interview with a Business Manager either by video or face-to-face in one of our hubs. The discussion will be based on your career projection and consultant mindset.
Following feedback from this interview and mutual agreement to move forward, you may be invited to a second interview where we deep dive your skills in Project Management.
The final step is either a phone call or a face-to-face to see how you can join us!
