What You’ll Be Doing
As a PMO Professional Consultant in Boston, you will play an instrumental role in managing critical projects within the pharmaceutical life sciences sector. You’ll be working with cutting-edge solutions and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure project success. Here’s a look at your responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using Planisware, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your JavaScript knowledge to provide technical solutions and improve Planisware integrations and project reporting tools.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and senior leadership to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure project processes and deliverables meet pharmaceutical industry standards, including FDA and EMA guidelines.
WHO ARE YOU?
You’re not just a project management professional—you’re a specialist with a proven track record in pharmaceutical and life sciences projects. You have:
- 5-10 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in Planisware and ideally comfort working with PowerBI.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments in the pharmaceutical space.
- Strong communication skills, with a knack for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The Fine Print
This is a Fully Onsite role based in the Greater Boston area. Unfortunately, relocation assistance is not provided.
What to Expect During the Interview Process:
- Introductory Call: Start with a 15-20 minute chat with our Talent Partner. It’s a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re a good match.
- Microsoft Teams or In-Person Interview: You’ll then have a 1-hour conversation with a Business Manager to explore your experience and how you can contribute to the team.
- Technical Interview: Dive deep into a case study relevant to project management, which you’ll present virtually to one of our Business Managers in our Boston office.
