Gil is an experienced founder with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Maxime Dempah
Associate Director - Manufacturing, Operations & Digitalization, Raytheon Technologies
Maxime Joseph Dempah is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, consulting, and mergers & acquisitions. Based in Atlanta, he has held global leadership roles, including Associate Director at Raytheon Technologies, where he integrated AI and data analytics to drive business transformation. He has also led supply chain transformations at Porsche Consulting and played a pivotal role in major aerospace and defense projects at Meggitt. Additionally, Maxime has managed technical due diligence and post-merger integrations in M&A transactions. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and degrees in Materials Science and Mechanical Engineering.
