We are looking for an experienced and passionate Change Management Consultant to join our Melbourne Hub to support a diverse range of projects and industry leading clients.

 

As an MIGSO-PCUBED Change Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of innovative change projects for our clients including government, technology enabled change, HR transformation, workforce transition, operating model design, cultural transformation, and the future of work. As context, some current engagements look like this:

 

 

  • Business operating model review and co-design organisational designs for scale .
  • Development of training needs analysis and delivery of change or system related training.
  • Development and execution of both strategic and tactical communications plans.
  • Enterprise-wide business impact assessment and ADKAR analysis, and modelling within a PROSCI framework .
  • Facilitation of a large Enterprise-wide ERP and CRM implementations.
  • Continuous improvement of team-level Change practices across a scaled digital program.
  • And many more.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

As a Change Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to work across various clients and industries and help consult and deliver some of the most interesting and career defining transformation initiatives nationally. You could be:

 

  • Work with stakeholders to co-design the future state of technology change with clients and create the change vision and roadmap.
  • Analyse the current state of the organisation and stakeholders and map the impacts of the technology change, business process improvement or organisational change.
  • Prototype and iterate change interventions to drive long-lasting realisation of change supporting and/or leading client change journeys including communication, engagement, and training.
  • Leverage agile and human-centered design methodologies such as design thinking, employee experience and behavioural science working on conception, design and implementation of workforce readiness diagnosis and transition.
  • Accelerate change enablement through data-driven tools including dashboards to track change progress and drive change sustainability.
  • Develop relationships with business stakeholders and leaders to drive change leadership ensuring their acceptance of the future state and sponsorship of the change across their teams.

 

As an MP Consultant, you must deliver expertise, adapt to new environments and industries, and be able to work with both internal and external teams. You will represent the MP brand on Client-Sites, and exemplify our core DNA of #TeamSpirit, #Committment and #Excellence. You will leverage both your expertise in the PPM discipline and a wide breadth of MP material and preparation to successfully support our clients.

¿QUIÉNES SOMOS?

You may have just started out on your ‘Change journey’ You have supported or led projects working alongside or as, Change Analyst, Communications Specialist, or a Training Delivery Officer. Whilst you may have only been part of a small number of projects, you were asked to step up more than once and act in a leadership role, leading the ceremonies and stand ups, providing sponsor briefings and wider project guidance.

 

You have now decided that you are ‘all in’ and can’t see yourself delivering business outcomes in any other way. You describe yourself as having an Agile and Growth based mindset, and this allows you to make a real difference and deliver value to an organisation. In fact, you have started to read more and more about what Agile might be and with some hands-on experience in Agile techniques and methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe) plus some certifications under your belt, it is time to find an organisation that where you can learn and grow.

 

Moreover, you want to work with thought leaders who lead by example, and alongside peers who have the same mindset and can help you on your Change transformation journey. Mostly, you want to work with people who understand what a Change mindset really is, rather than applying a dogmatic, theoretical approach.

 

Lastly, you are confident in your abilities, and are driven and enjoy working autonomously on client sites, using Change methodologies to lead and drive teams towards innovative solutions that satisfy business needs and deliver value.

 

Your core competencies are as follows;

 

  • Core consulting skills with a strong background in the people and change aspects of digital transformation.
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in people and change management, either as a change analyst or having delivered in business transformation and managed change projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in change activities that drive stakeholder engagement, change acceptance, business readiness and adoption.
  • Ability to understand the future state and empathise with the employee to understand what this means to the organisation and the people, and the ability to identify and plan the required change activities.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and driving a structured and organised approach to change delivery.
  • Passion for understanding mindsets and human behaviours that are both resistors and enablers of change.
  • Passion for leveraging data and digital tools as enablers for change.
