MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a Scheduling Consultant with extensive expertise in integrated scheduling for construction projects, including 1-2 years of experience in solar projects. What You'll Be Doing
As an Integrated Scheduling Consultant , you will support critical construction and solar energy projects by driving schedule development, analysis, and implementation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Schedule Development & Management: Create and manage integrated project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
- Construction Expertise: Apply your 10+ years of experience in construction project scheduling to identify critical paths, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Solar Project Focus: Utilize your 1-2 years of experience with solar projects to navigate their unique complexities and contribute to successful delivery.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track schedule performance, perform variance analysis, and provide updates to stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify scheduling risks, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential delays to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of schedules and project plans.

You are an experienced scheduling professional with a proven track record of success in construction projects and growing expertise in renewable energy. You bring:
- 10+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, with a focus on construction projects.
- 1-2 years of specific experience working on solar projects .
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify scheduling challenges and drive solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).

The Fine Print
- Location: This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX (3 days onsite per week).
- Start Date: Mid to end of January 2025.
- Employment Type: Full-time consulting position with competitive compensation and benefits.
